The solution is simple:
- Bracing– We install steel braces as per engineered certified drawings from the bottom of the concrete pad to the top of the floor joists as per local code.
- Push and Bracing– If a wall is significantly bowed, we first excavate from the exterior, push it back into place from inside, then stabilized with steel braces as per engineer certified drawings.
*We take on the full acquisition process of the permit for the structural bracing and guarantee to keep costs minimal within this process
