Frank and his Trojan Construction team finished our foundation repair on our home in a timely manner and did not leave a mess behind. We had just taken possession of our new home when we uncovered serious foundation issues. Trojan Construction immediately put me/us at ease by walking us through the repair process from start to finish, including where they could anticipate cost savings. The other contractors we brought in were either much less willing to help us understand the details of the process, were simply less knowledgeable than we’d expect and threw a generic quote our way. The service and cleanliness by the Trojan team exceeded expectations.
Trojan Constructions professional team waterproofed and repaired three of our basement walls and installed 14 angle iron braces, after we purchased our very first home in Charleswood. Without any knowledge of water issues or structural problems with the home, we were shocked the day we took possession. We were doing some renos in the basement and noticed a crack within the first hour, which led us to remove the finished outside walls of the entire basement by just after lunch. Once all was removed.. a horizontal crack ran across three walls of the home. By three pm we watched water come in some of the walls and were devastated.. We brought in three different local foundation companies/contractors to take a look at the mess we were sold. One didn't show up on time twice, the other showed up in dirty clothes and flip flops and Trojan was the only contractor that knew what we felt and made us feel taken care of. We received quotes from all three and pricing was about the same. We decided to go with Trojan because they came to our home as caring professionals, explained the process, the costs, the timeframe and the guarantee.
